4. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  2. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (include URLs or specific descriptions)

6. Our Response Process

  • Restore the content unless the complainant files a court action

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We make this determination in our sole discretion and in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • First Offense: Warning and content removal
  • Second Offense: Temporary account suspension (30 days)
  • Third Offense: Permanent account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for egregious violations.
