Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we offer limited refunds. We may consider refunds in cases where our service fails to generate a business plan after payment or if technical issues prevent access to purchased plans within 30 days. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time. You'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan. Your existing information will be automatically transferred to the new plan.

Most users complete our questionnaire in 5-10 minutes. Your business plan is generated instantly after payment and available for download immediately. You don't need to wait for days or weeks like with traditional business plan writing services.
Can I make changes to my plan after it's generated?
Yes, you can edit your plan in two ways: 1) By going back to the questionnaire and updating your answers, then regenerating the plan, or 2) By downloading the plan as a document and making direct edits. All our plans are delivered in editable formats.
What if I don't have all the information needed for the questionnaire?
Don't worry if you're missing some details. Our questionnaire includes helpful suggestions and industry benchmarks. The AI can fill in reasonable estimates based on your industry and business type. You can always update the information later as you gather more specifics.

Is my information secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption and never share your business information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and only used to generate your business plan. We implement best-practice security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits.
Does Optimus Business Plans own the rights to my business plan?
No. Once payment is completed, you own the specific business plan document generated for you. You may use, modify, and distribute this document for your business purposes as you see fit. We retain ownership of our AI technology and general templates, but not your specific plan.
