Here at Optimus, we are just like everyone else, and we like to celebrate our successes. While many companies simply celebrate their bottom line as a success/failure tool, we like to celebrate when our business plans work to get our clients what they are looking for, and in most cases, that is capital. Going forward, we plan to start celebrating these achievements through this blog, so stay tuned. We learned today that a former client of ours, VOM Construction, received funding recently. We worked with Mr. Virgil Martin to develop a "micro" business plan that met his needs for his Chicago-based construction company. VOM Construction is a general home repairs and improvement construction company in Chicago, Illinois. The company is licensed to work on jobs up to $500,000. VOM Construction also specializes in roofing repair and installation. The owner of the company, Virgil Martin, is a licensed general contractor. The company, in business since March of 2010, currently does mostly remodeling. Although VOM focuses mostly on the residential side, the company also works on commercial establishments.
